The number 13 is thought of as being very unlucky. It certainly was for some people caught out in Pattaya on Friday. A total of 13 people were arrested on Friday evening after being stopped at a road checkpoint set up by police on Soi Bongkot in South Pattaya. The 8 men and 5 women failed drug tests so were taken back to the police station to await further results of their tests from the local hospital.
