A meeting took place at the Amari Orchid Resort Pattaya on Friday morning to discuss about a special auction, the first in Thailand, which will be held in October by the National Broadcast and Telecommunications Commission. Representatives from educational institutes and related government departments met up to receive information about the new 21 GHz or 3G frequency channels auction which will be held in Pattaya on 17th October.
