On Tuesday afternoon, a worker at the Boutique City Hotel, which is under construction, (the former Day-Night Hotel), miraculously survived an electric explosion and a fall from the electric pole down to the ground. The poor fellow, name unknown, was working with his earphones on, connected to his cell phone’s radio. As he was moving around the pole, people below noticed that he was backing into a dangerous spot on the platform, where the main transmitters are located. They tried to warn him several times, but to no avail, so when he touched the transformers, there was a very loud explosion with a ball of fire and smoke behind it. The worker fell from the pole to the ground, and was briefly knocked out. After being taken to the hospital, the good news is that he will be fine, and perhaps be more careful.
