The parents were crying as their boy, Master Jonathan J. Chapman, aged 3 or Master J.J, was absolutely gone, with no chance to bring the boy back. His skull had been split open from being crushed by the almost 2 meters tall and 3 meters long sliding gate, which came loose and fell on the boy while he was trying to open the gate for his parents, when they returned home from shopping.

The parents stated that they always tried to stop the boy from sliding the gate by himself, but he loved to do that. The parents could barely accept that their boy was gone from this accident, and hope this incident will be a lesson to warn everyone, as their steel gate had come loose a few times before, but they never thought there would be such a terrible accident like this in their own home.
