Pattaya Mayor Ittipol Khunplume was one of the guests of honour at the award winning Aksorn Thepprasit School and the Aksorn Technical College on Thepprasit Road on Monday morning. He was there to attend a special religious ceremony involving the traditional blessing by monks to commence the construction of two new Buddha images in a sitting position for the school and college. Also attending was Pattaya Deputy Mayor Weerawat Khakai and other dignitaries from City Hall and Pattaya Businessman and Government Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Mr. Chanyut Hengtrakul. To the delight of all attending a party was held afterwards to celebrate Aksorn Thepprasit School winning a Royal approved award for achieving the best pre-school level for students. The kindergarten level of Aksorn Thepprasit School was selected to represent Chonburi and won over all other competitors from 4 provinces in the Eastern Seaboard, which has created a good reputation for Chonburi and the Aksorn school management.
