The PIVA or “Pattaya International Vegetarian Alliance” had its inaugural meeting at the “Tammachart Vegetarian Restaurant” in Soi Yume on Saturday 1st of September. The Guest of honour was Mr. Pornthep Srinarula, founder and Charter President of the “Bangkok International Vegetarian Alliance”. In his speech, he commended the formation of the vegetarian group here in Pattaya, and invited everyone to attend the 21st Anniversary of the Bangkok vegetarian group on Sunday 30th September. PIVA will have a meeting with a nice and very tasty vegetarian meal the first Saturday of each month, at 15.00 pm in the afternoon. The next veggie feast will be on Saturday 6th October.
