Young Man Stabbed to Death - Pattaya People

On Saturday, the Don-hua-ror Police were notified of a stabbing at the Hang-lay Pub in Chonburi. Officers then rushed to the scene with a rescue squad.

Upon arrival, the Police found the dead body of a young Thai man, Ma-na-sak Soot-tha-sri, aged 21.  He had been stabbed 3 times in his chest, once in his abdomen, 3 times in his right ribs and once on his upper arm. One Thai woman was also injured, Khun A-su-ma Tha-nom-sri, aged 26. She had been slashed on her chin and was seriously injured, and had been sent to a nearby hospital before the Police arrived.

The officers were told by friends of the deceased that they and the deceased worked together at the same factory. They were having a party that Saturday night, and the deceased took a dislike to a group of young men sitting near their table. Around closing time, the deceased and his girlfriend went out the pub, and were followed by the troublemakers from the pub. Then the thugs punched the deceased, and used a sharp piece of iron to wound the deceased and his girlfriend, before fleeing the scene. Police examiners have been sent to gather more information about the offenders, and the investigation continues.
