On Friday morning at Laem Chabang Municipality Office, Mayor Jinda Thanomrod officially launched an Orator Programme for Youth. The aim of this project is for young people to learn about the skills of speaking and the importance and benefits of giving public speeches; thus improving students’ oral communication and self confidence for future development in the community.
