Checkpoint by Pattaya Highway Police - Pattaya People

On Wednesday morning, the Highway Police and Highway Police Volunteers led by Pol. Lt. Mongkol Non-tee-ra-rote set a checkpoint on Sukhumvit Road in front of a Highway Police Station to monitor for traffic law violations and to prevent crimes, such as narcotics trafficking.

The result of this operation was not so bad, as no serious violations of the Criminal Code regarding narcotics were found. Only traffic law violations, such as no helmet and no driving license, were uncovered, so the Highway Police fined the drivers for their misdemeanors, and warned them to obey all the traffic laws, for the safety of everyone on the roads.
