The Khao Kiao Open Zoo presented a new Bird Festival to all visitors on Wednesday. During the Grand Opening, the Director of the zoo Mr. Suriya Saeng-pong, displayed many types of birds to all the guests, such as raptors and birds with beautiful plumage. The visitors got to enjoy a parade of bird mascots and bird shows, as well as exhibitions showing the character of each type of bird.
The Bird Festival is open daily from 10 am – 2 pm in the 5 rais Big Bird Cage of the zoo. There are Feeding Shows of hunting birds, a chance to take a photo with the birds, and an informative education session during the show. More information is atwww.kkopenzoo.com or 038-31 8444.
