Nine Banglamung Police Officers ranging from the Chief of the Station down to Sergeant Major’s received achievement awards from the Region 2 Police Commissioner on Friday. The officers were recognized for their devotion to duty in relation to a number of high profile cases which were solved in a speedy and professional manner leading to successful convictions in Court. Police Lieutenant General Panya, the Region 2 Police Commissioner presided over the ceremony at Banglamung Police Station on Friday and was firstly given details of the cases in question. He then presented certificates to each of the nine officers and urged the officers to continue their good work.
