A free eye check programme for the elderly and children with poor eyesight is underway throughout the area. On this occasion, on Friday afternoon, at Pattaya City Hall, eye checks were made on 150 people who turned up for this generous programme and receive a free pair of glasses courtesy of Mahanakorn Opticians and the Public Health Department at City Hall.
