Shooting at Restaurant on Third Road - Pattaya People

Pattaya police were notified by the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team in the early hours of Thursday morning that a shooting incident had occurred at a restaurant near Tony’s Gym on Third Road.  At the scene, a crowd had gathered to see what was going on.  Three people working at the restaurant had already received first aid for bullet wounds to their legs and had been sent to Banglamung hospital.  Witnesses stated that a gang of teenagers arrived on motorcycles and one of them pulled out a short gun and fired once and the bullet seemed to splinter and hit all three people in the legs.  Apparently, one of the victims, Panomwan, a waiter aged 23, had a fight with a gang of teenagers nearby prior to the shooting. Police are now studying CCTV footage to try to identify the gang of dangerous hooligans.
