Security Guards and Teenagers in Knife Fight - Pattaya People

Pattaya police were called out by the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team in the early hours of Saturday morning to investigate a knife attack involving two security guards and a gang of teenagers.  At the scene of the incident in front of the Grand Sole Hotel on Second Road, they came across Mr. Wanlop aged 56 a security guard at the hotel, who had received knife wounds to his head and body.  Nearby was another man, Chatchai aged 30 who was also bleeding from a knife wound.  Both were given first aid and then sent to hospital.  On searching the area, police found a number of empty whiskey bottles and a short knife on the ground.  Police were then asked to attend Pattaya Memorial Hospital as a young man had just been admitted with knife wounds. A 17 year old friend was waiting outside the Emergency Room and told police that he found his injured friend who had been drinking with a gang of teenagers, so he brought him to the hospital..  From further investigation, police revealed that the fight broke out due to a misunderstanding between the gang and the security guard.  The case continues.
