At 5 am on Wednesday, the Pattaya Police Investigating Inspector Pol. Lt. Col. Patsa Date-park-goon went to investigate a robbery and rape at the Diana Estate on Soi Buakhao. The police immediately approached the scene at a room on 2nd Floor.
The female victim, aged 27 and very frightened, stated that she woke up hearing some noise in the night, and found 3 skinny teenagers, aged around 18-19, and wearing black t-shirts were going through her belongings. They decided to tie her hands and legs and they all raped her once, before leaving through the back door with her I Phone and its battery, a Nokia phone, a Notebook computer, 5,000 baht and a money collection box. From investigating, the officers found the back sliding glass window to her room had been broken, indicating that the 3 criminals must have climbed up a terrace then broke the sliding glass window. Further investigations began immediately.
