Introducing Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya - Pattaya People

A new condominium project was introduced to potential clients and media reporters on Saturday evening, at the Sales Office of the Grande Caribbean Condo Resort. Many guests came to the Pirates of the Caribbean themed party and tasty food was served to all while attending the sales presentation. Four eight-storey condos and one 28 storey tower are in the works, offering fully furnished, ready to move in apartments.  All you need is your suitcase! The apartments will surround an amazing tropical landscape, with huge multi level salt water swimming pools.

Boredom is out of the question for kids who can get a great workout on the sandstone beach or atop one of the Pirate ships moored in the pool. The 2 wooden pirate ships moored in the pool, are complete with water cannons, and fully rigged with masts and sails. Up top they have sun decks, and below decks are the lounges waiting for you to chill out.

The Grande Caribbean Project is located on Thappraya Road between Thepprasit and Pratumnak Roads on 11.5 Rais of land. Prices start at 1.59 million baht and the entire project is valued at over 2 billion baht.
