Preparations for Ride For Peace Event - Pattaya People

 

Representatives from the Burapa Bike Club paid a visit to Pattaya City Hall on Monday to discuss about plans for the 16th Ride For Peace which will be held on 15th and 16th February.  The meeting was chaired by Deputy Mayor Ronnakit Aegasing and Mr. Pratarn Nikajee Chairman of the Burapa Bike Club.  The event is being organised by the Club, Pattaya City Hall and TOT, plus private sectors to draw bikers from all over the world to visit Pattaya for the occasion.  The event is aimed at promoting tourism and safe riding with regular professional maintenance of bikes and the use of safety helmets at all times.  Besides the main Ride For Peace, there will be mini concerts, parades and shows with international artists appearing over the two day happening.

Coffee and Tea Tasting Event at Royal Garden Plaza - Pattaya People

 

 

An announcement was made at the Royal Garden Plaza on Tuesday afternoon about the next Coffee and Tea Tasting event, which will take place at the Plaza from Thursday 22nd to Sunday 25th November.  This special promotion is open to the public and offers everyone a chance to sample top quality coffee and teas from all over the world.   This is the second year this event has taken place, and is again organised by the Royal Garden Plaza in association with the Thai Coffee and Tea Association.  This year there will be two contests, one to find the best creation of artwork made out on coffee cream foam and the other a painting contest with the topic being tea.  Prizes total 200,000 baht.

Walk and Dine Event at Naklua Old Market - Pattaya People

 

 

A meeting chaired by Pattaya Mayor Ittipol Khunplume took place at City Hall on Tuesday afternoon.  The subject was about preparations for the next Walk and Dine Event to be held in Naklua beginning 20th December and ending 20th January 2013.  This annual festive and cultural event will once again be at the Old Market site in Naklua, and hopefully there will be more food booths and local products available to entice tourists to shop until they drop.

Coffee Tasting Event at Royal Garden Plaza - Pattaya People

 

 

The official opening of the 4 day Coffee tasting experience began at the Royal Garden Plaza on Thursday, 22nd November.  This special promotion is open to the public and offers everyone a chance to sample top quality coffee blends from all over the world.   This is the second year this promotion has taken place, and is again organised by the Royal Garden Plaza in association with the Thai Coffee and Tea Association.  This year two contests are being held, one to find the best creation of artwork made on coffee cream foam and the other a unique painting contest with paint made from ground coffee beans.  Prizes total 200,000 baht.  The event ends Sunday, 25th November.
